Update 8/26/05: sry guys , i haven't been on here for awhile.^^ I'm finally updateing , and I promise I'll try to update more ofter.Once a month atleast , I'll try for once every 2 weeks.It's just that I've been so busy lately.

~HOW 2 JOIN THE TOBOE CLUB~

1. You must be a fan of Toboe. You don't have to have any fanart of him , all I ask is that you are a fan.

2. Send a note , or a comment asking me if you can join.

3. I will reply to all comments about joining. once you recieve a reply , you will be added to the members list.

4. to confirm that you have read these rules , say the word 'Howling' at the end of your comment , or note.

5. you must add the club icon to your journal , or somewhere on your deviantart page. type : iconTobo-chew : without the spaces.
